Advantages:
- Easy to use
- No need a lot of time
- Cheap
- Noninvasive
- Widely available
Disadvantages:
- Technical sources of error
- Measure fats under the skin
- Not the best for the obese and lean
Why is it my preferred choice?
It is relatively cheap and widely available. It is also more accurate than the Near Infrared Interactance (NIR).
